We help adventurous connoisseurs rediscover an ancient libation with hand crafted meads made from our own Wildflower Honey. Our carefully tended beehives are put out to forage the wild flowers in hills behind Sooke for the purest honey.
Meadmaker and Beekeeper Bob Liptrot has been keeping bees and making mead for over 40 years. We are Western Canada's first Meadery and have won several international awards for our Meads. Tugwell Meads are crafted from fruits that are grown on our own farm without the use of chemicals or pesticides. If it doesn't benefit the bees, it doesn't happen on our farm.
